Anyone else finding it hard to outline essays on Google Docs?

Hey there, fellow SCU students and faculty! Just wanted to bounce something off you guys. As disability services coordinator here at Santa Clara University, it's my job (and passion, really) to Lately, I've been hearing from some students that they're finding it challenging to outline essays on Google Docs. Get it, technology can be bit of double-edged sword sometimes great when it works, head-banging frustrating when it doesn't. I'm wondering if any of you are experiencing the same issues? Are there any specific parts of the process that are particularly vexing? Or maybe you've found creative workaround that could help others? As someone who deals with tech headaches on the daily (curse you, unresponsive email servers), Post everyone! I'm counting down the days until graduation and looking ahead to college. I've got my heart set on studying Environmental Science and from what I’ve heard Davis has one heck of program! Does anyone here have first-hand experience with their Environmental Science department? What's the campus vibe like? Do professors go above and beyond or do they clock out as soon as lectures end?
