Postdoc fellow in Biomedical Sciences over here at San Francisco. I'm eagerly eyeing career switch into the biotech industry soon exciting times! But first, gotta tackle this mountain of student loans. Anyone have success stories with refinancing? Does it make big difference? Any pitfalls or golden advice to share? I've heard it can save you money in the long run, but let's face it, I'm not exactly rolling in dough right now and every penny counts! Also, side note been considering Stanford for social scene insights. Can anyone give me the low-down on what life's like there?
