I'm over here at UCSF knee-deep in my program, and I've been selected to give TEDx presentation on my current work. Sounds amazing, right? Well. It would be if wasn't feeling like cat tossed into swimming pool (anyone else get that metaphor? It's like every bit of advice and tips suddenly fled my brain the moment accepted the invite. Don't get me wrong, adore sharing my work. But So Man, diving into cell cultures seems like picnic now compared to standing under those bright lights! Talk about trading petri dishes for stage fright.
